CEO / C-Suite Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Delivering personalized coaching to Mento members via virtual sessions utilizing the Mento Platform and Tools.

• Engaging in continuous training sessions to enhance coaching techniques and competencies.

• Interacting with members through your Mento email or via chat in the Mento App between coaching sessions.

• Contributing as a vital member of the Mento coaching community by sharing coaching tools and insights—supporting the enhancement of our coaching practices and fulfilling our mission of empowering individuals to thrive in careers they love.

• Demonstrating kindness, respect, and empathy as a representative of the Mento community.

⛳️ Requirements

• A CEO/C-suite executive with over 20 years of experience in team management and individual coaching (coaching certification is advantageous but not mandatory).

• An individual eager to transform their leadership abilities into impactful coaching skills.

• Enthusiastic about assisting individuals in advancing their careers to create fulfilling professional and personal lives.

• A self-aware individual with high emotional intelligence, committed to fostering a safe environment where others can feel vulnerable.

• Eager to enhance your coaching skills, approaching the role with a growth mindset, regardless of your coaching experience.

• Comfortable navigating the dynamics of a constantly evolving startup environment.

• Available to commit a minimum of 12+ hours per month to coaching at Mento for the next 24+ months.

🏝️ Benefits

• This role is a contract position where coaches are compensated on an hourly basis. In addition to a standard hourly rate, we provide select bonuses that reward engagement with our members and community growth on our platform.

• You must be prepared to allocate a minimum of three to five hours per week to Mento, irrespective of other commitments and any changes that may arise.

• Commitment to work with Mento for at least 24 months is required to foster meaningful relationships with our members.

• This is a fully remote position. Candidates must reside in North America or Europe.

• As this is a part-time growth opportunity, we are seeking to hire seasoned senior leaders who wish to further develop their coaching skills.
