• Design and modify model components such as families and blocks in various formats.

• Produce specialized technical reports.

• Execute coordinated modeling across multiple fields to avoid conflicts between systems.

• Utilize point clouds to effectively represent the captured reality.

• Generate technical documentation with a focus on organization and quality.

• Valid CNPJ (legal entity), preferably MEI, to issue invoices.

• Proficiency in Revit.

• Proficiency in Navisworks.

• Familiarity with Forma is advantageous.

• Intermediate English skills are a plus.

• Experience or expertise in Revit.

• Experience or expertise in Navisworks.

• Background in Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Electrical, Civil disciplines, or Coordination.

• Experience with BIM 4D and 5D, including the applicable tools and practical application.
