Central Study Coordinator – Retention

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide education to participants regarding lab results obtained through a Future of Medicine event.

• Establish a strong relationship with participants in a virtual setting.

• Oversee patient-facing responsibilities for each assigned participant.

• Conduct the Informed Consent process with participants remotely.

• Handle participant communications utilizing call center software, text messages, emails, and other platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of pertinent clinical research experience.

• Experience in managing high volume screening studies.

• Background in patient education and retention strategies.

• Proficiency in Spanish is an added advantage.
