This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Lead the Central Operations Resilience and Engineering team, which includes engineers and program/governance leads.
• Build, nurture, and maintain a high-performing, multidisciplinary team.
• Act as the main escalation point for operational and technical challenges affecting live operations.
• Implement disciplined engineering practices for incident response, root cause analysis, and the development of corrective actions.
• Identify and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes, tools, and outcomes.
• Own and oversee a defined portfolio of operational engineering initiatives that support live operations.
• Collaborate closely with Site Operations, Design & Construction, Commissioning, Reliability Engineering, and regional teams.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or other related technical field) or equivalent industry experience.
• Over 10 years of experience in the mission-critical sector, including at least 4 years in a managerial role of a technical team supporting live, mission-critical operations.
• Strong expertise in incident response, root cause analysis, and corrective action management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex work portfolios with clear accountability and measurable results.
• Excellent collaboration skills across both technical and operational teams.
