Associate Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Engage actively in Salesforce training pathways, complete designated Trailhead modules, and work towards obtaining foundational Salesforce certifications.

• Perform basic, well-defined development tasks under the mentorship of senior team members, utilizing core coding principles in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules).

• Attend technical discovery and solutioning sessions as an observer to understand how business needs are transformed into technical specifications.

• Test, debug, resolve errors, and conduct quality assurance on your own work while producing clear technical documentation.

• Gradually enhance efficiency to achieve billable metrics, aiming for a consistent billable target as platform expertise develops.

• Actively take part in delivery team ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, project synchronization meetings, and backlog reviews.

• Maintain clear communication about task statuses, ask for clarification promptly, and report blockers without delay.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience (e.g., coding bootcamps with a robust portfolio).

• Up to one year of relevant experience.

• Strong foundational knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts, databases/SQL, and web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).

• Excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive approach to learning new platforms, and a willingness to accept constructive feedback.

• Capability to adhere to established naming conventions, logical design patterns, and technical guidelines.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, demonstrating a collaborative team-oriented mindset. Required C2.

• Comfort working with task management systems (e.g., Jira, Asana) or a strong eagerness to learn agile methodologies.
