Central Analytical Definition Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Design, configure, and maintain tests, test lists, and test bundles within the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).

• Support updates to compendial standards, pricing modifications, and changing laboratory requirements.

• Interpret analytical methods, compendia, and technical documentation to ensure the accuracy and compliance of test builds.

• Collaborate with laboratories to create solutions that address testing and reporting needs.

• Manage competing priorities while achieving quality and productivity goals.

• Work autonomously with minimal supervision to complete assigned tasks and fulfill team objectives.

• Evaluate and implement process enhancements that improve consistency, efficiency, and data quality.

• Provide technical guidance and support for Analytical Definition initiatives and laboratory requests.

• Communicate progress, risks, and significant updates to leadership and stakeholders.

• Maintain standards for GMP, GLP, quality, compliance, and data integrity.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma is mandatory.

• Must have authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without any restrictions or sponsorship.

• A Bachelor’s degree in life sciences is preferred.

• An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be accepted.

• Laboratory experience is preferred.

• Previous experience with the USP or Ph. Eur. is advantageous.

• Experience with LIMS is preferred.

• Self-motivated individual.

• Demonstrated excellence in work quality and attention to detail.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.

• Strong communication skills with colleagues and internal/external clients.

• Proficient in using a personal computer and capable of learning necessary software programs.

• Good oral and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Availability Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with the possibility of overtime as required.
