This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a delightful experience, fostering brand loyalty and advocacy.
• Support customers from the initial check-in through to the completion of their device repairs.
• Offer recommendations for resolving issues effectively.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair devices efficiently.
• Communicate complex technical problems to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
• Present repair and replacement cost estimates to customers.
• Suggest additional accessories for potential upselling.
• Ensure all repairs adhere to or surpass uBreakiFix quality standards.
• Welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude, fostering a positive work atmosphere.
• Answer incoming calls to the store with professionalism and friendliness, striving to convert inquiries into store visits.
• Monitor all devices and inventory while ensuring the security of store stock.
• Use the point of sale system to accurately record customer information and track the real-time status of repairs.
• Maintain the store's cleanliness and professional appearance.
• Maintain composure when managing multiple deadlines.

• Must be willing to drive within the FL Collier County and Lee County areas.
• Prior experience of 1-3 years as a cellphone/computer repair technician is required.
• Sales experience is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical capabilities are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
• Demonstrated ability to acquire new skills necessary for providing an optimal customer experience.
• Basic computer proficiency is required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills are expected.
• Attention to detail is crucial.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a small, close-knit team environment.
• Willingness to study and achieve Samsung, Google, and Asurion certifications.
• Must possess a current FL driver’s license, with no accidents or tickets for the past three years, no DUIs, and reliable transportation.
• Must pass routine illegal drug and felony background checks for both initial employment and ongoing employment.
• Availability to work on weekends is required.
