This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to deploy CDI products in line with best practices.

• Facilitate customer change management through workflow exploration, adoption, and advanced optimization.

• Act as a subject matter expert for designated teams and solutions.

• Comprehend clients' short- and long-term strategies, program objectives, and KPIs.

• Conduct reviews of current-state workflows and configurations.

• Suggest workflow optimization improvements utilizing Solventum best practices.

• Advocate for clients, document issues, and escalate them following established procedures.

• Manage client relationship coordination and client-centered interactions across the organization.

• Monitor overall client satisfaction survey outcomes for the designated client base.

• Define and monitor key performance indicators.

• Remain updated on industry and product developments.

• Engage in corporate programs and initiatives while adhering to professional, quality, security, and corporate standards.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher with seven (7) years of experience as a CDI specialist or inpatient coder, or a High School Diploma/GED with eleven (11) years of relevant experience.

• One current and valid certification: RHIA, RHIT, CCS, Auditing: Inpatient Coding Microcredential, CIC, CDIS, or CCDS.

• Strong grasp of Clinical Documentation Integrity and Revenue Cycle workflows.

• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record workflows, systems, implementation, and training for medical professionals.

• Proven experience in managing multiple project streams and teams.

• Experience in consulting with clients regarding health information systems.

• Knowledgeable about assigned solutions, services, and products.

• Demonstrated knowledge of the industry.

• Proficient in computer skills.

• Strong skills in client relationship management, business acumen, strategic thinking, presentation, and training.

• Ability to devise creative solutions and handle challenging situations diplomatically.

• Innovative and creative mindset.

• Occasional domestic travel up to 50% may be necessary.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the country of employment without the need for employment visa sponsorship.
