This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Act as the main technical liaison throughout the sales process, guiding prospects on Cincom offerings and aiding in proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation.
• Develop, implement, and oversee evaluations and Proof-of-Concepts, showcasing solution effectiveness and economic benefits.
• Assist in sales negotiations by comprehending customer accounts, technical specifications, and infrastructure to suggest customized solutions.
• Establish and nurture technical relationships with customer stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and commercial contact for critical support cases.
• Address and qualify inquiries via phone, email, or web form; document outcomes in Cincom’s CRM and assign qualified leads appropriately.
• Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, product management, professional services, development, and support teams to execute sales strategies and ensure successful opportunity development.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations through video conferencing or in-person meetings.
• Engage in industry events, trade shows, conferences, webinars, seminars, and customer gatherings to promote solutions and generate leads.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of product-focused video content and marketing materials.
• Stay informed about Cincom products, competitors, industry trends, software development practices, and emerging trends.
• Gather customer needs and feedback for product features and services; contribute to product development and market positioning.
• Coordinate with the Sales Director and Cincom leadership on commercial priorities, strategic goals, sales reviews, forecasting, pipeline assessments, and strategic planning.
• Ensure customer interactions adhere to company policies, commercial governance, and strategic direction.
• 2+ years of implementation experience with a product in the Customer Communications Management (CCM) sector, particularly in financial services, banking, insurance, healthcare, or the public sector.
• 2+ years of experience in sales engineering, technical pre-sales, product management, or a comparable role within the software industry.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, with a knack for conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong understanding of document management practices, relevant software products, and software implementation methodologies.
• Familiarity with modern software architectures such as SaaS and microservices, along with related technologies.
• Demonstrated capability to conduct effective product demonstrations and Proof-of-Concepts.
• Proven track record of supporting successful sales cycles and meeting sales objectives.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to engage with customers and attend industry events.
