This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota, +1 more state.

• Overseeing the commercial, strategic, and tactical operational partnerships with contract manufacturing suppliers.

• Ensuring product accessibility by developing and sustaining a competitive supply base for Solventum.

• Building and nurturing relationships with suppliers to foster business collaboration.

• Identifying, spearheading, and executing solutions to complex challenges, including contract negotiations.

• Collaborating with key affiliates across Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Business Teams.

• Establishing continuous supply chain improvement practices to enhance value and performance.

• A Bachelor's degree or higher (to be completed and verified prior to commencement).

• Seven (7) years of experience in a third-party supply chain and/or category management setting.

• Proven experience in managing and nurturing supplier relationships.

• Proficiency in negotiating contracts.

• Experience in resolving intricate supply chain challenges.

• Skilled in communicating and collaborating with stakeholders at various organizational levels.

• Familiarity with Supply Chain Finance, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), product validation requirements, or regulatory standards.

• Project management experience, including managing timelines, resources, and risks.
