Cataract Refractive Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Meet the designated sales targets on an annual basis

• Market and sell Alcon products through a variety of sales initiatives

• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and high-volume customers

• Identify and cultivate new business prospects

• Implement a comprehensive sales strategy and plan

• Regularly visit clients to provide essential support

• Engage in and organize events and meetings to keep customers informed about products, services, and pricing

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of relevant experience (or high school +10 years; Associate Degree +6 years; Master's Degree)

• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience

• Proficient in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating fluently in English
