This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
• Conduct investigations for assigned claims.
• Inspect or remotely oversee inspections of properties, structures, vehicles, equipment, or accident scenes as necessary for the assignment.
• Record damages, conditions, causation indicators, and other pertinent findings using notes, measurements, photographs, and diagrams.
• Assess loss facts and facilitate the investigation of coverage, liability, damages, and exposure.
• Collect statements from insured individuals, claimants, witnesses, or other involved parties when required.
• Generate timely, accurate, and thoroughly documented reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with examiners, managers, carriers, policyholders, vendors, attorneys, and other claim participants as necessary.
• Ensure comprehensive file documentation is maintained in line with company standards, client directives, and regulatory expectations.
• Appropriately escalate complex issues, large-loss exposures, litigation signals, or specialty claim concerns.
• Manage field assignments while adhering to service expectations, turnaround times, and quality standards.
• Travel within the assigned coverage territory as needed.
• A minimum of 3 years of adjusting experience.
• Active adjuster license(s) with the capability to obtain additional licenses as necessary.
• A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally within the assigned territory.
• Experience managing field claims related to bodily injury, auto and home liability, general liability, or commercial equipment.
• Exceptional documentation, organizational, and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in utilizing claims platforms, mobile documentation tools, and estimating/reporting systems.
• Capacity to work independently while meeting deadlines, managing territory activities, and fulfilling service expectations.
• Strong investigative approach with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional demeanor when engaging with insured individuals, claimants, attorneys, vendors, and carrier representatives.
• Ability to juggle multiple assignments and adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic field environment.
