This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Management of assigned projects and/or cases.
• Compliance with general company procedures.
• Telephone support: Implementing call-center initiatives that provide assistance to patients, healthcare professionals, and funding bodies.
• Administering and following case-management protocols, which include clinical monitoring, data collection, ongoing patient follow-up, compliance checks, monitoring therapy disruptions or discontinuations, reporting adverse events, and liaising with primary healthcare providers.
• Executing pharmaceutical and biotechnology-related market research initiatives involving physicians, patients, pharmacists, or other allied health professionals.
• All patient programs utilize casework methods and involve a significant number of outbound calls.
• Documenting each activity in a program-specific database.
• Participating in ongoing refresher training and specialized training courses for specific products or programs as deemed necessary by management.
• Providing feedback on current protocols, databases, processes, and inter-departmental relationships.
• Ensuring clear communication with the manager, pod, and program-trained colleagues regarding case management during anticipated absences.
• Collaborating with managers to participate in the onboarding process for new caseworkers, including shadowing and call monitoring.
• Responsible for reporting all Adverse Events to the appropriate units or departments.
• Broad training in areas such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or related fields, typically acquired through a two-year associate's degree program or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
• At least one (1) year of experience in customer service.
• Bilingual (French/English) skills are an asset.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the medical and pharmaceutical sectors is advantageous.
• Proficient knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
