This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee designated projects and/or cases.

• Comply with standard company procedures.

• Execute call-center initiatives that provide telephone assistance to patients, healthcare professionals, and funding organizations.

• Aid in resolving funding and access challenges, which include private, public, and special access programs.

• Manage and adhere to case-management protocols, including clinical monitoring, data collection, patient follow-up, compliance, therapy disruption/discontinuation monitoring, adverse event reporting, and communication with primary healthcare providers.

• Launch pharmaceutical and biotechnology market research projects involving physicians, patients, pharmacists, and allied health professionals.

• Conduct outbound calls as part of patient initiatives.

• Record each activity in the program-specific database.

• Participate in refresher and specialized training sessions.

• Provide insights on protocols, databases, processes, and inter-departmental interactions.

• Relay case-management information during absences.

• Assist in training new caseworkers, which includes shadowing and monitoring calls.

• Report adverse events to designated units/departments.

• Fulfill additional duties and responsibilities as needed.


⛳️ Requirements

• Comprehensive training in business administration, accounting, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or related fields, typically acquired through a two-year associate’s degree program or an equivalent combination of experience and education.

• At least one year of customer service experience.

• Bilingual in French and English is an advantage.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in the medical and pharmaceutical sector is beneficial.

• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• In-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical distribution industry.

• Familiarity with automated warehouse operating systems.

• Strong business and financial insights.

• Advanced analytical and mathematical capabilities.

• Effective oral and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and leadership qualities.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines.

• Outstanding presentation abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office applications.
