This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee designated projects and/or cases.
• Comply with general company procedures.
• Execute call-center initiatives and offer telephone support to patients, healthcare professionals, and funding organizations.
• Aid with funding and access challenges, including private, public, and special access programs.
• Manage and follow case-management protocols.
• Carry out clinical monitoring, data gathering, ongoing patient follow-up, compliance checks, therapy interruption/discontinuation monitoring, adverse event reporting, and coordination with primary healthcare providers.
• Execute pharmaceutical and biotechnology market research projects involving physicians, patients, pharmacists, and allied health professionals.
• Make outbound calls as part of patient engagement programs.
• Record all activities in the program-specific database.
• Engage in refresher training and specialized product or program training.
• Provide insights on protocols, databases, processes, and inter-departmental dynamics.
• Relay case-management information to the manager, pod, and trained colleagues during absences.
• Contribute to the training of new caseworkers, including shadowing and call monitoring.
• Report all adverse events to the designated units/departments.
• Carry out additional duties and tasks as necessary.
• Associate's degree in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
• At least one year of experience in customer service.
• Capability to multitask effectively.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical distribution sector.
• Familiarity with automated warehouse operating systems.
• Robust business and financial understanding.
• Strong analytical and mathematical capabilities.
• Proficient in oral and written communication.
• Effective interpersonal and leadership qualities.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proven ability to consistently meet deadlines.
• Outstanding presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office applications.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English is a plus.
• Experience in the medical and pharmaceutical sectors is advantageous.
