This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• The Case Specialist operates under direct supervision, adhering to company and departmental policies and procedures to provide dedicated advocacy for clients and internal stakeholders, addressing seller concerns and resolving bottlenecks directly through Amazon Seller Support, ensuring seamless and compliant operations on the platform.
• Prepare content for submission to Amazon by utilizing internal processes to create Inventory flat files.
• Utilize Amazon Seller Central’s Manage Inventory interface to submit content through established internal procedures, ensuring all product data is precise, comprehensive, and current.
• Submit updates specific to categories on the Amazon marketplace using Inventory Flat Files.
• Under the guidance of the team lead, submit cases to address any issues that may arise during the content publication process, aiming to meet or exceed the target volume of approximately 125 cases submitted following training.
• Escalate cases to the Strategic Account Services (Issue Resolution team) as necessary.
• Assist with submissions and issue resolution through partner-owned Seller Central accounts.
• Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders and segment leaders, ensuring projects are updated and tasks are completed by their assigned deadlines.
• Monitor submissions and provide comprehensive updates within our project management software.
• Keep an internal tracking system to monitor live submissions.
• Stay informed about Amazon's product data management and syndication policies, conveying any changes or updates to internal teams and external partners.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience with Amazon Seller Central or Amazon-related functions.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Familiarity with Amazon Brand Registry and Strategic Account Services, including the process for escalating cases to the appropriate teams at Amazon.
• Experience with bulk image submissions using Amazon’s bulk image upload tool.
• Understanding of case creation via Amazon’s self-help tool.
• Experience with partial and full updates through Amazon’s Add Product via Upload tool.
• Strong project management skills that enable the candidate to communicate with Amazon effectively while adhering to strict deadlines.
• Excellent listening skills; capable of understanding assignments, taking notes, and completing projects efficiently and promptly.
• Ability to be flexible and multitask; comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while driving toward clarity and solutions.
• Strong computer proficiency; skilled in Google and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Google Sheets, Google Docs, Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Able to incorporate feedback and take direction effectively.
