Case Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Monitor government procurement platforms and industry sources to identify pertinent opportunities.

• Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement capture plans that define win strategies, value propositions, and differentiators.

• Support efforts to build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

• Assist in developing proposal content that aligns with the capture strategy and meets customer expectations.

• Conduct continuous analysis of competitors' strengths, weaknesses, and market positioning, and recommend strategy adjustments as needed.

• Help identify potential risks and contribute to the formulation of mitigation strategies.

• Prepare and deliver executive summaries, capture updates, and opportunity briefings for senior leadership.

• Keep accurate records of opportunities within the business development pipeline and forecasts from federal & local agencies.

• Perform additional tasks as required to support the business development lifecycle.

• Execute any other tasks as directed by the company.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, capture management, or similar roles.

• Alternatively, 3+ years of administrative or leadership experience in a professional services environment; 1 year with a bachelor’s degree.

• Knowledge of government contracting and procurement processes is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with proposal management tools is an advantage.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
