This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Assist clients with their intake procedures and follow-up communications.
• Update and maintain client records and files regularly.
• Coordinate appointments and schedules for both clients and clinicians.
• Handle and redirect phone calls and inquiries as necessary.
• Compose and distribute emails, memos, letters, and various forms.
• Prepare and maintain necessary reports as required.
• Develop and uphold effective filing and record-keeping systems.
• Provide administrative support to clinicians and managers regarding case-related matters.
• Maintain contact lists and collaborate with external partners as needed.
• Offer general assistance to clients and visitors.
• Serve as a point of contact for both internal and external communication.
• Proficient in both Spanish and English.
• Coursework in psychology, social work, or sociology is preferred.
