Case Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• The Case Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting expert-driven projects by overseeing case workflows, coordinating necessary resources, and ensuring precise documentation throughout the case lifecycle.

• Aid experts in sustaining project workflows from case initiation to finalization by assessing case eligibility and project scope, planning for case requirements, developing and tracking project timelines to meet deadlines, facilitating the acquisition of records and delivery of services, initiating requests and searches for records, disseminating information, and monitoring case advancement.

• Preserve project records by documenting events and their completion status.

• Collaborate with experts to address project-related issues as they emerge.

• Engage with stakeholders both within and outside the organization.

• Provide updates and information regarding case status in response to inquiries, both verbally and in writing.

• Enhance workflow efficiency by evaluating outcomes, tracking variances, identifying patterns, and suggesting improvements.

• Boost the organization's reputation by delivering high-quality services to clients.

• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional work setting.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; some college coursework or an associate degree is preferred.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative documentation systems.

• Self-driven with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
