Career Success Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Play a pivotal role in facilitating the success of learners in data training and employment programs.

• Collaborate with a team of Teaching Assistants and program operations personnel.

• Offer professional development coaching support to a group of approximately 60 learners.

• Conduct high-impact, scheduled support through feedback cycles and professional development workshops.

• Deliver personalized coaching assistance via direct interactions with learners.

• Maintain proactive communication with learners and keep job search tracking up to date.

• Prepare for and conduct engaging professional development sessions throughout the program.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.

• Over 2 years of professional experience, preferably in career development or coaching, professional counseling, or related program management focusing on job seekers.

• Exceptional, executive-ready written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.

• Proven experience in building trusting relationships and providing effective guidance to adult learners and/or job seekers.

• Background in delivering career coaching in a completely remote format.

• A natural ability to communicate with others in an empathetic and considerate way.

• Strong work ethic with the capacity to perform well under pressure and with minimal supervision.

• Proactive problem-solver with high attention to detail and a quick learning aptitude.

• Advanced technical proficiency and comfort with adapting to new tools and technologies effortlessly.

• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Pumble.
