This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver personalized coaching to ECPI graduates focusing on personal marketing, resume crafting, and interview techniques.
• Assist in organizing student-centered Career Services events and seminars.
• Conduct interviews with students and graduates to devise strategies for their job searches.
• Provide exceptional customer service to students, graduates, and employers.
• Ensure student information files are maintained in compliance with school, company, federal, state, and accrediting-agency policies and regulations.
• Initiate, cultivate, and manage partnerships with employers to create career opportunities and networking pathways.
• Gather employer feedback and analyze industry trends.
• Foster and sustain relationships with employers.
• Support employers in the prescreening process and coordinate interviews.
• Organize employer visits, on-campus recruiting initiatives, job fairs, networking activities, and career development workshops.
• A bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in recruiting, staffing, business-to-business sales, or career coaching.
• Any equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training will be considered.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working with a sense of urgency.
• Strong skills in internet research and networking.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Well-developed verbal and written communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational and analytical capabilities.
• Capacity to thrive in a high-pressure setting with strict timelines.
• Ability to operate independently and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• A genuine desire to assist others in securing employment.
• Capability to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
• Proficient in coaching and guiding students and graduates.
• Outstanding customer service skills, including effective follow-up and follow-through.
• Ability to conduct business with a focus on ethical considerations, University policies, employment law, and accreditation standards.
