This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Recruit, engage, and onboard participants into employability programs within established timelines, providing top-notch Information, Advice, and Guidance throughout the process.
β’ Deliver customized employability support, which includes developing mindset and confidence, preparing for strengths-based interviews, assisting with job searches, and creating CVs and application materials.
β’ Match participants with opportunities by shortlisting candidates, preparing job packs, scheduling interviews, and supporting applications for jobs, apprenticeships, and work experiences.
β’ Provide ongoing in-work support, maintaining regular communication to ensure participants secure and sustain employment or apprenticeships for a minimum of six months.
β’ Collaborate operationally by contributing to job fairs, workshops, and community partnerships, while ensuring effective utilization of case management systems, timely communication, and adherence to all contractual and organizational requirements.
β’ Uphold professional standards, including safeguarding, health and safety, equality and diversity, continuous self-development, and performing any other relevant duties.
β’ Adhere to Safeguarding/Prevent, Health and Safety policies and procedures, ensuring the implementation of Catch22βs policies and procedures.
β’ 5 GCSEs at grade C or above, or equivalent qualifications.
β’ Relevant professional qualification.
β’ Desirable: qualification in Information, Advice and Guidance (Level 3), Employment Related Services (Level 3), Coaching, or IEP membership.
