This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Recruit, engage, and onboard participants into employability programs within established timelines, providing top-notch Information, Advice, and Guidance throughout the process.
• Deliver customized employability support, which includes developing mindset and confidence, preparing for strengths-based interviews, assisting with job searches, and creating CVs and application materials.
• Match participants with opportunities by shortlisting candidates, preparing job packs, scheduling interviews, and supporting applications for jobs, apprenticeships, and work experiences.
• Provide ongoing in-work support, maintaining regular communication to ensure participants secure and sustain employment or apprenticeships for a minimum of six months.
• Collaborate operationally by contributing to job fairs, workshops, and community partnerships, while ensuring effective utilization of case management systems, timely communication, and adherence to all contractual and organizational requirements.
• Uphold professional standards, including safeguarding, health and safety, equality and diversity, continuous self-development, and performing any other relevant duties.
• Adhere to Safeguarding/Prevent, Health and Safety policies and procedures, ensuring the implementation of Catch22’s policies and procedures.
• 5 GCSEs at grade C or above, or equivalent qualifications.
• Relevant professional qualification.
• Desirable: qualification in Information, Advice and Guidance (Level 3), Employment Related Services (Level 3), Coaching, or IEP membership.
