This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Lead and nurture a team of Health Professionals and Senior Health Professionals.
• Supervise daily operations, problem-solving initiatives, and ensure teams achieve production and quality targets.
• Develop and refine operational processes, facilitate product delivery, and meet business performance metrics.
• Monitor activities to ensure adherence to deadlines and examine cases for quality assurance.
• Establish and manage both short-term and long-term career objectives for Health Professionals and Senior Health Professionals.
• Work in conjunction with the Quality and Workforce Management teams to identify and address performance and delivery discrepancies.
• Guide and track the growth of the Health Pro team through daily performance metric observations and feedback sessions.
• Foster trust, provide guidance, and communicate the vision to the Health Pro team.
• Clearly articulate operational strategies.
• Conduct training on client-specific subjects and contribute to the enhancement of ongoing training programs.
• Collaborate with the Health Navigation Client Manager to comprehend and resolve intricate customer and client escalations.
• Provide project management assistance for initiatives that impact the business.
• Propose and implement process improvement suggestions to elevate customer experience and delivery efficiency.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a benefits-related field, or 3 years in a benefits-related position with a Bachelor's or Associate's degree.
• Prior experience in Health Navigation combined with people management experience, or over 3 years in a managerial role within a benefits context.
• Capable of functioning effectively within a team environment.
• Demonstrates excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
