This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding post-intake assistance to patients at Sailor Health. Once a patient begins their journey with us, you will serve as their primary point of contact for all their needs, including scheduling modifications, billing inquiries, and Zoom troubleshooting – all while offering friendly and dependable guidance throughout the process.

• Ensure that patients consistently feel valued, informed, and supported.

• Manage a variety of administrative and customer service requests through phone, email, and text with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism.

• Excellent communicator. You possess clarity, kindness, and patience — capable of converting complex information (such as billing or scheduling) into reassuring and easy-to-understand guidance.

• Detail-oriented problem solver. You identify issues before they escalate, follow up proactively, and take pride in achieving accuracy on the first attempt.

• Composed under pressure. You remain calm and resourceful while managing multiple requests, upholding professionalism and empathy at all times.

• Tech-savvy and adaptable. You quickly grasp new platforms — be it an EHR like Healthie, a messaging tool like OhMD, or various scheduling and billing software.

• Mission-driven with relevant experience. You are passionate about making mental health care accessible to older adults and may have a background in customer support, patient support, care coordination, or healthcare administration, where empathy and organization are essential.
