This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage directly with patients, healthcare providers, and families within our palliative care program.
• Facilitate the enrollment of patients into our program and establish connections with their healthcare providers.
• Guarantee that patients receive exceptional quality of care.
• Serve as a reliable resource for patients and their families.
• Collaborate on initiatives aimed at process enhancement.
• At least 2+ years of relevant experience in a customer service call center or healthcare setting.
• Fundamental understanding of healthcare principles.
• Compassionate and caring demeanor; a background in social work or other people-focused roles is preferred.
• Eager to deliver an exceptional experience for Empassion Health’s patients and their caregivers.
• Driven by a desire to improve the healthcare experience; you are committed to serving others and going above and beyond for patients.
• Empathetic and articulate; you enjoy communicating with patients over the phone and possess excellent communication abilities.
• Comfortable using technology and thriving in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Reliable Wi-Fi connectivity is required.
