📋 Description

• Coordinate and fill cases by pairing available and qualified BCBAs (Board Certified Behavior Analysts) with families.

• Identify, screen, and interview potential top candidates for open cases.

• Liaise with clinicians and families to guarantee appropriate service coverage.

• Onboard clinicians and equip them to start delivering services.

• Handle sensitive and nuanced customer service interactions with professionalism and care.

• Ensure all coordination is precise, timely, and well-organized in a dynamic environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• ABA experience is advantageous, but not mandatory.

• Prior experience as a Recruiter in the healthcare sector.

• Excellent command of English communication and fluency.

• High emotional intelligence and robust intuition.

• Friendly, patient, and empathetic demeanor.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working quickly when necessary.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to fit “puzzle pieces” together.

• Basic computer proficiency.

• Comfortable navigating MS Office and Outlook.

• No advanced Excel skills are necessary.
