This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +25 more states.
• Prioritize tasks and oversee a schedule of high-volume introductory video appointments with members.
• Respond quickly to member inquiries, assist with product-related needs, and offer tailored recommendations.
• Provide an outstanding member experience and escalate any concerns or questions as necessary.
• Navigate members’ healthcare networks to guarantee access to care and explore available resources and support.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely access to care, provide follow-up, and complete the communication loop with members.
• Offer education and resources related to the program needs of members.
• Work together with cross-functional partners across Care Delivery, Customer Support, Provider, and Product teams.
• Carry out tasks that support an optimal member experience and take ownership of outstanding items.
• Engage in cross-functional projects and cooperate with other departments.
• Identify referral requirements and collaborate with Maven providers.
• Anticipate and address members’ social determinants of health needs.
• Background in allied health, human services, or healthcare.
• 1–2+ years of direct patient care experience or experience in digital health.
• Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in a remote/startup setting.
• Capacity to remain adaptable to changes and uphold a growth mindset.
• Proficient in empathetic communication with patients, both in writing and verbally.
• Experience in meeting KPIs related to engagement, satisfaction, and productivity.
• Skilled in navigating new technologies and systems as part of a remote team.
• Experience in family planning and maternal-child health areas is preferred, though not required.
• Familiarity with Google Suite, CRM platforms, EHRs, and Zendesk is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Certification or licensure in a healthcare-related field is preferred, though not required.
