Cardiovascular Territory Account Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Navigate through and resolve challenges within accounts to ensure that customer requirements are met with effective, customized solutions.

• Develop a strategic territory plan by aligning shared priorities and utilizing insights and tactics that enhance product demand and foster better patient outcomes.

• Collaborate proactively with territory teammates, field teams, and colleagues from the home office to address customer needs and provide access support.

• Leverage extensive knowledge of the market, competitive landscape, and cross-functional dynamics to anticipate opportunities and respond to challenges with agility.

• Utilize territory data and market trends to uncover local insights, facilitate pull-through efforts, and lead impactful customer interactions—both virtually and in person.

• Organize planning sessions with key stakeholders to tackle complex challenges and collaborate across functions to urgently meet customer needs.

• Provide real-time access support and coordinate closely with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) to ensure a seamless customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required from a four-year college or university.

• Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similarly structured sectors with large, geographically dispersed sales teams over the last 5 years.

• A proven track record of high-performance in navigating and successfully selling to large accounts and key customers.

• A self-starter with analytical skills to seek out, prioritize, and apply pertinent information to resolve issues.

• Candidates must reside within the territory or within a reasonable daily commuting distance of 50 miles from the territory border.

• The ability to travel 60-80% across a wide geography is required, with the capability to drive and/or fly within the territory.

• A valid driver's license is mandatory.
