Cardiovascular Territory Account Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Navigate and address challenges within accounts to ensure that customer requirements are met through effective, customized solutions.

• Develop a strategic territory plan by aligning common priorities and utilizing insights and tactics that enhance product demand and improve patient outcomes.

• Collaborate proactively with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office staff to meet customer needs and provide access support.

• Leverage territory data and market trends to identify local insights, aid pull-through initiatives, and lead significant customer interactions—whether virtually or in person.

• Conduct planning sessions with key stakeholders to tackle complex challenges and work collaboratively across functions to address customer needs promptly.

• Provide real-time access support and collaborate closely with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) to ensure a smooth customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required from a 4-year college or university.

• Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similarly structured industries with large, geographically dispersed sales teams within the past 5 years.

• A proven track record of sustained high performance, with expertise in navigating and successfully selling to large accounts and key customers.

• A self-starter with strong analytical skills to identify, prioritize, and apply relevant information to resolve issues.

• The candidate must reside within the territory or within a reasonable daily commuting distance of 50 miles from the territory border.

• Willingness to travel 60-80% across a wide geography is essential, with the capability to drive and/or fly within the territory.
