This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Facilitate sales within the designated territory.
• Interact with customers both in-person and through virtual channels.
• Create and execute business and territory call strategies.
• Recognize and implement live and virtual customer engagement methods.
• Establish rapport and cultivate relationships with customers in both live and virtual settings.
• Utilize digital tools to sustain customer engagement.
• Analyze internal reports and data to pinpoint, develop, and execute strategic business opportunities.
• Inform healthcare providers about the value propositions of unbranded and branded products for relevant patient demographics.
• Use authorized disease-state information and patient resources in a compliant manner.
• Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer inquiries and promote Pfizer's objectives.
• Fulfill administrative responsibilities promptly and in compliance.
• Bachelor's Degree, or an associate's degree with 6+ years of experience, or a high school diploma/equivalent with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in professional sales, promotional activities, small business ownership/entrepreneurial ventures, marketing, customer service/account management, relevant healthcare/scientific roles, education, or full-time military service.
• Must reside within 25 miles of the territory's border.
• A valid U.S. driver's license and a driving record that meets company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or similar impaired driving citation within the past 7 years disqualifies the candidate.
• Preferred: 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales, and/or medical-related marketing.
• Preferred: Proven track record of success in sales or marketing.
• Preferred: Strong skills in territory management.
• Preferred: Excellent communication abilities.
• Preferred: Demonstrated skills in teamwork, leadership, and accountability.
• Preferred: Familiarity with applicable disease states, therapeutic areas, and products.
• Preferred: Knowledge of customers and markets within the designated territory.
• Preferred: Residency within the territory boundaries.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available currently or in the future.
