This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Propel sales within the designated territory.
• Interact with customers both in person and virtually.
• Create and execute strategic business and territory call plans.
• Identify and deploy both live and virtual customer engagement tactics.
• Establish and nurture customer relationships in both live and virtual settings.
• Utilize digital tools to sustain customer engagement.
• Analyze internal reports and analytics to pinpoint and act on strategic business opportunities.
• Inform providers about the value propositions of unbranded and branded products for relevant patient demographics.
• Employ approved disease-state information and patient resources.
• Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer inquiries and support Pfizer’s objectives.
• Fulfill administrative responsibilities punctually and in compliance with regulations.
• Bachelor’s Degree; OR an associate’s degree with over 6 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in professional sales or promotional activities, small business ownership or entrepreneurship, marketing, customer service or account management, relevant healthcare/scientific roles, education, or full-time military service.
• Must reside within 25 miles of the territory's border.
• A valid U.S. driver’s license and a driving record that meets company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired-driving citation in the past 7 years disqualifies the candidate from hiring.
• One year of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales, and/or medical-related marketing is preferred.
• A strong sales or marketing history is preferred.
• Experience in territory management is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills are preferred.
• Skills in teamwork, leadership, and accountability are preferred.
• Familiarity with applicable disease states, therapeutic areas, and products is preferred.
• Knowledge of customers and markets within the posted territory is preferred.
• Residing within the territory boundaries is preferred.
• Candidates must possess authorization to work in the U.S. from any employer.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
