This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Responsible for driving sales within the designated territory.
• Interacts with customers through both in-person meetings and virtual platforms.
• Develops and executes effective business and territory call plans while identifying and implementing live/virtual engagement strategies to enhance overall impact and effectiveness.
• Builds strong rapport and relationships with customers in both in-person and virtual settings.
• Utilizes judgment and existing, evolving digital tools to maintain customer engagement and ensure successful interactions.
• Understands and makes use of internal reports and analytics to help identify, create, and implement strategic business opportunities.
• Compliantly utilizes product and disease state knowledge to educate healthcare providers on the value propositions of unbranded and branded products for relevant patient populations.
• Exhibits strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively and compliantly across the organization to address customer inquiries and support Pfizer’s objectives.
• Completes all administrative tasks in a timely and compliant manner.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in one or more of the following, OR an associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience: Professional Sales or Promotional Activity.
• Experience as a Small Business Owner or in other entrepreneurial roles.
• Background in Marketing, Customer Service, and/or Account Management.
• Relevant roles in Healthcare/Scientific fields (e.g., RN, Pharmacist, PT, OT, etc.).
• Experience as an Educator (e.g., Teacher, Principal).
• Full-time military experience.
• Must reside within 25 miles of the territory border.
• Valid US driver’s license with a driving record that meets company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years will disqualify candidates from consideration.
