This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Foster significant patient outcomes by utilizing scientific knowledge and acting as the main liaison for clients within the designated territory.
• Work in conjunction with Account Executives, leaders of Integrated Delivery Systems, and other field team members as part of the local Customer Team.
• Build and maintain relationships with cardiologists, primary care physicians, and other healthcare practitioners.
• Interact with physicians’ offices, integrated delivery systems, pharmacies, and hospital clinics.
• Create and implement a territory-level business strategy that aligns with company policies, standards, and ethical guidelines.
• Keep up-to-date product knowledge and certifications for the company’s offerings.
• Engage in compliant and balanced product sales conversations with healthcare providers and business professionals.
• Provide regular updates to management regarding client needs, market trends, and progress towards quality objectives.
• Track business performance against goals using company-provided tools.
• Assist in effective territory planning and sales impact across Rehoboth Beach, Dover, Salisbury, Millsboro, Lewes, and Seaford.
• S1: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS), or a high school diploma or equivalent with 0–3 years of relevant work experience.
• S2: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS), or a high school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of sales experience, or a high school diploma with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Capability to analyze complex data and formulate strategic sales plans.
• Proficient in using digital tools and platforms for engaging healthcare professionals.
• Adaptable and flexible in response to changing market conditions and customer needs.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in team-oriented environments.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Outstanding skill in developing and sustaining customer relationships.
• Must reside in the territory or within 25 miles of the workload center for designated metro areas, or within 75 miles for non-metro regions; otherwise, willing to relocate at personal expense.
• Background in sales, account management, consultative roles, or customer service is preferred.
• Experience in analyzing metrics to assess progress toward objectives is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience is preferred.
• Cardiovascular sales experience with established connections to cardiologists and endocrinologists is preferred.
• Experience in launching products and succeeding in competitive markets is preferred.
• Ability to simplify complex information and clearly communicate technical details.
• Proficient in utilizing advanced analytics to generate customer insights and drive sales.
• Comfortable using multi-channel tools and technology to enhance sales reach and effectiveness.
• Current product knowledge and certifications for the company’s portfolio.
