This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
• Drive significant patient impact by utilizing scientific knowledge and acting as the main contact for clients within the designated territory.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, leaders in Integrated Delivery Systems, and other field team members to provide solutions focused on patient care.
• Cover the areas of Mason City, Fort Dodge, Des Moines, Ames, Ankeny, and Osceola, Iowa.
• Build and nurture relationships with cardiologists, primary care physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Engage with physicians’ offices, integrated delivery systems, pharmacies, and hospital clinics.
• Create and implement a territory-specific business plan that aligns with company policies, standards, and ethical practices.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and certifications related to the company's portfolio.
• Conduct balanced and compliant discussions regarding product sales with healthcare providers and business professionals.
• Provide management with updates on customer requirements, market dynamics, and progress towards quality objectives.
• Track business performance against targets using company tools to assist in planning and measuring sales impact.
• S1: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS), or a high school diploma/equivalent with 0–3 years of relevant work experience.
• S2: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS), or a high school diploma/equivalent with 3+ years of sales experience, or a high school diploma with a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to analyze complex data and formulate strategic sales plans.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms to connect with healthcare professionals.
• Flexibility and adaptability in response to changing market conditions and customer needs.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
• Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong aptitude for establishing and maintaining customer relationships.
• Must reside in the territory or within 25 miles of the workload center for designated metro areas, or within 75 miles for non-metro areas; otherwise, willing to relocate at personal expense.
• Preferred: experience in sales, account management, consultative roles, or customer service.
• Preferred: experience in analyzing metrics to assess progress toward objectives.
• Preferred: at least 3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Preferred: background in cardiovascular sales with established connections to cardiologists and endocrinologists.
• Preferred: experience in product launches within competitive markets.
• Preferred: ability to simplify complex information and effectively communicate technical details.
• Preferred: expertise in using advanced analytics to derive customer insights and enhance sales.
• Preferred: comfort in employing multichannel tools and technology.
