This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Enhance patient outcomes by utilizing scientific knowledge while acting as the main point of contact for clients within the designated territory.
• Partner with Account Executives, leaders from Integrated Delivery Systems, and fellow field colleagues to provide solutions centered around patient care.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with cardiologists, primary care physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Interact with physician offices, integrated delivery systems, pharmacies, and hospital clinics.
• Create and implement a territory-specific business strategy that aligns with the company’s policies, standards, and ethical guidelines.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and certifications relevant to the company's offerings.
• Engage in balanced and compliant discussions regarding product sales with healthcare providers and business professionals.
• Regularly update management on customer requirements, market trends, and progress towards quality objectives.
• Track business performance against targets using company resources to aid in planning and sales effectiveness.
• Cover the areas of Stockton, Modesto, Elk Grove, Sacramento, and Tracy in California.
• Travel within the territory is required, with potential overnight stays approximately 25% of the time.
• S1: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or a high school diploma/equivalent with 0–3 years of relevant experience.
• S2: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or a high school diploma/equivalent with over 3 years of sales experience.
• S2 alternative: high school diploma with a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience.
• Relevant experience may encompass professional sales, marketing, military service, or roles in healthcare/science related to pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or medical devices.
• Capability to analyze complex data and formulate strategic sales initiatives.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for engaging healthcare professionals.
• Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.
• Aptitude for working both independently and as part of a team.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Skill in developing and nurturing customer relationships while addressing their needs.
• Must reside in the territory or within 25 miles of the workload center for designated metro areas, or within 75 miles for non-metro regions; otherwise, willing to relocate at personal expense.
• Preferred: experience in sales, account management, consultative roles, or customer service.
• Preferred: background in analyzing metrics, cardiovascular sales, product launches, competitive markets, advanced analytics, and multichannel sales technology.
• Preferred: at least 3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Ability to distill complex information and communicate technical details effectively.
• A proactive approach to learning and a flexible growth mindset.
• No visa sponsorship available.
• Travel requirement: 25%.
• A valid driving license is necessary.
