This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Leverage your knowledge in cardiac physiology, pathophysiology, and device functionality to conduct remote evaluations and diagnostic assessments.
β’ Evaluate and interpret CIED diagnostics from leading manufacturers, offering recommendations for necessary corrective measures.
β’ Effectively communicate technical findings related to devices to clinicians and care teams, ensuring clear, professional, and standardized documentation.
β’ Provide education to patients about device functionality and remote monitoring procedures as required.
β’ Uphold the confidentiality of sensitive patient information by complying with HIPAA regulations.
β’ A Bachelor's or Associate degree is required (preferably in nursing, medicine, electronics, or engineering).
β’ A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in managing cardiac devices.
β’ Completion of a cardiac device rhythm management course or equivalent experience is mandatory.
β’ Proficiency in interpreting diagnostics from all four main CIED manufacturers.
β’ Skilled in using collaboration tools (Microsoft Office, Teams, Slack).
