Cardiac Community Navigator – Health Equity

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Provide education to patients and caregivers regarding ATTR-CM, available treatment options, local and regional support services, and health and wellness resources.

• Assist patients in navigating their care by connecting them with pertinent resources within their communities and at Pfizer.

• Collaborate with Key Account Directors, management, and cross-functional teams to ensure that patient objectives and support goals are in sync with local market dynamics and patient journeys.

• Establish objectives, manage intricate projects, and oversee ongoing initiatives within the Business Unit.

• Act as a subject matter expert, tailoring and executing strategic initiatives.

• Develop solutions for complex challenges, promote innovation, and introduce new ideas, processes, or products.

• Offer guidance and educational materials to meet patient inquiries and information requirements.

• Provide insights on emerging treatments and the treatment journey to support shared decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required, along with a minimum of 8 years of experience.

• At least 7-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry.

• Exceptional communication, listening, and presentation skills are essential.

• Proven capability to operate in regulated environments and comply with guidelines.

• Demonstrated success in collaborating broadly with diverse clients and stakeholders.

• Experience in practicing responsible business conduct and compassionate communication.

• Familiarity with Pfizer and industry compliance standards when working with Medical and Access & Reimbursement teams.

• Ability to deliver clear and impactful presentations with integrity and empathy.

• Strong attention to detail, along with organizational and business acumen.

• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including weekends and evenings.
