This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Preparing clients for the implementation of Keystone through strategic planning of card products.
• Configuring the card database and managing card conversion data.
• Collecting and analyzing development specifications and interfaces through conversion data.
• Collaborating closely with clients and coordinating with other Card Analysts and Conversion departments.
• Serving as the main point of contact between Card Services and Development.
• Exhibiting initiative, teamwork, and collaboration to develop a comprehensive understanding of the KeyStone product and card conversion processes.
• Conducting card mapping, setting up cards, and gathering specifications with the support and guidance of senior Card Analysts.
• Grasping and applying fundamental concepts of the card conversion process.
• Facilitating the installation and testing of new versions of card-related interfaces and application software.
• Safeguarding clients from errors by proactively troubleshooting and recommending enhancements to the product.
• Experience ranging from three to twelve months in a similar or related field.
• A two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school, or completion of specialized training courses provided by equipment vendors, or job-specific skills gained through on-the-job training or an apprenticeship program.
