This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Lead major pursuits as the frontrunner in the consultative sales process.
• Contribute to strategy, implement business development best practices, and provide sales leadership to formulate winning strategies that outperform competitors.
• Oversee discovery, pre-positioning, differentiation, and delivery strategies for significant transformative initiatives.
• Evaluate competitive landscapes and enhance strategies accordingly.
• Foster a collaborative approach among multidisciplinary teams to achieve value-driven results.
• Ensure a partnership between technical, marketing, and bidding teams to establish proposal best practices.
• Advocate for the entire sales process lifecycle.
• Collaborate with marketing to implement strategic campaigns effectively.
• Ensure adherence to contracts and promote accountability in achieving sales metrics.
• Align AECOM’s initiatives with the priorities of clients.
• Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of experience, including roles at the Director or Vice President level.
• Minimum of 4 years of leadership experience in business development strategy and team management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales metrics and crafting compelling value propositions.
• Demonstrated success in securing major pursuits and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Relevant industry experience, particularly within a global matrix organization, is highly desirable.
• Experience in key growth sectors such as aviation, defense, transit, and high-tech/data centers is highly beneficial.
