This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Lead major pursuits as the consultative sales process authority, contributing strategic insights, best practices in business development, and sales leadership to formulate winning strategies that outperform the competition.
• Oversee discovery, pre-positioning, differentiation, and delivery strategies for significant transformative initiatives with current and prospective clients, as well as internal partners.
• Evaluate competitive landscapes, utilizing insights gained from recent successes and failures to enhance strategies.
• Foster a collaborative environment by leveraging multidisciplinary teams from both regional and global resources to achieve client-centered, value-driven results.
• Ensure effective collaboration among technical, marketing, and bidding teams to implement proposal best practices.
• Advocate for the entire sales process lifecycle, guaranteeing quality assurance and compliance with Go/No-Go protocols.
• Collaborate with marketing to execute strategic campaigns that align with critical opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to the commercial, financial, legal, and governance aspects of contracts.
• Promote accountability for meeting sales targets and attaining high capture rates.
• Align AECOM’s initiatives with client priorities, emphasizing sustainability, resilience, and innovative solutions.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of a diverse pipeline of qualified opportunities, ensuring alignment with business strategies and objectives.
• Build trust with client decision-makers and internal stakeholders, including Client Account Managers (CAMs), Marketing, Bidding, RBLLs, and the Executive Board.
• A Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of experience, including at least 4 years at a Director or Vice President level.
• Minimum of 4 years of leadership experience in business development strategy and team management.
