This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee department calendars and facilitate meetings for the Growth team.
• Ensure efficient filing systems are maintained for departmental documents.
• Prepare and circulate meeting agendas along with minutes.
• Act as the main point of contact for basic inquiries within the department.
• Conduct regular data entry of new leads, contacts, and opportunities into the CRM system.
• Update existing CRM records with current information acquired from team members and research.
• Uphold data quality in the CRM and SharePoint through routine audits and cleanup activities.
• Assist in tracking government procurement websites (e.g., SAM.gov, GovWin) to uncover potential opportunities.
• Aid in collecting and organizing information related to upcoming solicitations.
• Support the research and documentation of customer requirements and preferences.
• Gather publicly available information regarding competitors' capabilities and historical performance.
• Assist in creating competitor profiles utilizing established templates.
• Help structure competitive intelligence data in organized formats.
• Aid in identifying basic strengths and weaknesses in competitive positioning.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings and prepare materials for customer interactions.
• Take comprehensive notes during customer meetings and assist in organizing follow-up actions.
• Support the creation of customer profiles and organizational charts.
• Assist in collecting and organizing technical information from subject matter experts.
• Aid in documenting solution components using predetermined templates.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of capture plans using established templates.
• Help in organizing and updating capture documentation.
• Assist in compiling information for bid/no-bid decision meetings.
• Support the transfer of capture information to proposal teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in government contracting.
• Proven track record in contributing to successful government proposals (preferably with win rate metrics).
• Strong knowledge of federal procurement processes, including FAR/DFAR regulations.
• Excellent analytical abilities with a knack for synthesizing complex information.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Capability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
