Captive Insurance Producer – AVP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement business strategies to promote the growth of existing captive programs.

• Build and sustain long-term agency partnerships aimed at ensuring program success and ongoing development.

• Cultivate new agency relationships and pinpoint opportunities to enhance awareness of group captive solutions.

• Provide education to insurance agencies regarding group captive products and their potential benefits for clients.

• Effectively and confidently articulate the advantages of captive participation and program value propositions.

• Deliver presentations in various settings, including formal, individual, small-group, large-group, peer, and leadership contexts.

• Evaluate new business submissions and underwriting data to facilitate quote generation.

• Collaborate with carrier and vendor partners throughout the quote development process.

• Utilize problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to ensure high-quality business development efforts.

• Enhance and expand Garnet's captive program relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of demonstrated experience in commercial lines, with a focus on Property & Casualty.

• Experience with captive or alternative risk is advantageous.

• Established relationships with commercial brokers are highly preferred.

• A strong capability and motivation to develop new agency relationships.

• Aptitude for performing tasks accurately, resolving issues, and delivering top-quality work.

• A commitment to learning and evolving within a dynamic team environment while providing constructive feedback.

• Willingness to travel as necessary; the travel percentage will vary based on the candidate's home office location.
