Capital Project Scheduler

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the project team and key stakeholders to create, maintain, and execute the project schedule.

• Develop comprehensive project schedules that integrate all phases, functions, and activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Provide expert advice on schedule structure, detail level, and coordination to facilitate efficient project execution.

• Construct and maintain schedule logic, sequencing, and hierarchy in alignment with project plans.

• Set and monitor key schedule performance metrics and benchmarks to assess progress.

• Review schedules for accuracy, feasibility, and competitiveness throughout the project lifecycle.

• Identify resource-loading requirements, apply resource data to schedules, and pinpoint critical resource constraints.

• Conduct critical path and schedule risk analyses, identify deviations, and propose mitigation strategies.

• Lead schedule review/status meetings and provide timely updates in accordance with the schedule management plan.

• Create and share clear schedule reports and insights that aid decision-making.

• Collaborate with engineering, construction, and cost engineering teams to track progress, evaluate earned value, and support change management processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in scheduling for heavy industrial Power Generation, Refining, and/or Chemical Process Plant projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from front-end engineering to construction.

• Proficient in using Oracle’s Primavera (P6) scheduling software.

• Capable of managing multiple project tasks and swiftly implementing changes to plans as necessary.

• Skilled in effectively interacting with and influencing individuals at all levels within and outside of Chemours.

• Willingness to travel (up to 25%).
