⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of professional experience in remote medical interpretation is required.

• English Proficiency: Candidates must demonstrate at least C1 fluency. Valid certifications from EF SET (4-Skill), TOEFL, or CAE are accepted.

• Interpretation Certification: You will need to successfully complete a terminology and interpreter skills assessment during the hiring process.

• Core Skills: Thorough understanding of medical and customer service terminology is essential.

• Compliance: You must currently possess, or be willing to acquire, HIPAA and FWA (Fraud, Waste, and Abuse) certifications.

• Background Check: You should be prepared to complete a standard background check via email.

• Internet Connection: A hardwired Ethernet connection directly to your router is required (Wi-Fi is not permitted).

• Hardware: A high-quality, noise-canceling USB headset is necessary.

• Computer Specs: You must have at least Windows 10 OS and 4GB RAM.

• Browser: The latest version of Google Chrome, Apple Safari, or Microsoft Edge is required.

• Workspace: A dedicated, quiet, and fully HIPAA-compliant working environment is needed.
