📋 Description

• The Campaign Specialist is essential in facilitating Retailer and CPG funded Shopper Marketing initiatives for Vestcom accounts by utilizing our proprietary shelfAdz® media solution.

• Client and/or Territory assignments and scope will differ based on account opportunities and the candidate's qualifications.

• The Campaign Specialist operates autonomously, frequently exercising independent judgment and discretion with minimal supervision, ensuring that client business objectives and timelines are achieved through proactive planning and comprehensive project management, thereby delivering an exceptional client experience.

• The incumbent independently addresses questions, issues, and requests from clients, fosters and maintains positive relationships with all stakeholders, and may identify new business opportunities for Vestcom across various client account departments.

• This position is accountable for managing one or more client accounts, owning and independently overseeing all responsibilities related to client needs.

• Provides administrative support to Group Sales Directors, Sales Directors, and Account Managers as required.

• Collaborates closely with Vestcom's client service, programming, IT, creative, delivery, and production teams across all Vestcom solutions and client deliverables.

• Develops relationships with process owners across all functional areas between the client and Vestcom.

• Communicates effectively, plans, organizes, and manages multiple projects in a timely manner.

• Manages project timelines to completion alongside internal and external cross-functional team members; establishes and conveys clear and realistic expectations.

• Ensures that all deliverables to clients are free of errors.

• Evaluates and independently decides when to escalate concerns and recommends resolutions to Vestcom management promptly.

• Utilizes independent decision-making to identify and research inefficiencies and inaccuracies in business processes, providing recommendations and best practices to both the client and Vestcom.

• Measures performance against process requirements, service level agreements, and/or quality objectives.

• Participates in the strategic account planning process with the Vestcom Commercial team.

• Oversees and offers direction and guidance on project status updates and achievements.

• Communicates with CPG clients and retail locations as needed to ensure effective and efficient tag processing.

• Collaborates with internal stakeholders on necessary tag-related changes for the client’s system.

• Communicates (both verbally and in writing) clearly, effectively, and professionally at all times with all client and Vestcom cross-functional partners.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

• 3 - 5+ years of relevant business experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

• Previous experience in the media/retail promotions industry is preferred.

• Excellent oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills.

• Must be capable of participating in and effectively presenting information to both large and small groups, including clients, employees, and management.

• Ability to work independently, solve problems effectively, and demonstrate strong analytical skills.

• High service orientation, exceptional attention to detail, strong sense of urgency, and capability to meet deadlines under pressure.

• Well-organized and able to execute duties with minimal supervision, as this position may operate remotely.

• Proficient in the following computer applications: MS Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Ability to embody and reflect Vestcom’s core values.
