Campaign Ops Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily management of essential clients, ensuring exceptional service while actively contributing to the growth of client and agency business.

• Supervise billups’ response to your clients’ service needs, covering all creative, technical, and production aspects.

• Oversee billups’ execution in facilitating the seamless booking of media campaigns for your clients.

• Manage billups’ operations to ensure the timely launch of media campaigns for your clients—tracking campaign start dates and ensuring readiness for on-time go-live; coordinating with relevant vendors for managing artwork delivery and approval processes.

• Supervise campaign reporting for your clients, ensuring access to ‘Proof of Posting (POP)’ and Campaign Attribution is provided to clients and/or their agencies promptly.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of required media experience.

• Strong understanding of the OOH media landscape, production, or creative industry, showcasing informed insights on client and supplier news and activities.

• Demonstrated experience in successfully managing direct reports, achieving the highest standards of client service levels.

• A commercial mindset with the confidence to implement this in your work and inspire similar qualities in your direct reports.

• Some experience in prospecting, researching, and data mining for business leads and opportunities.

• Extensive experience in negotiating time and budget to execute campaigns to a high standard while navigating project challenges.
