• Budget & Spend Management: Analyze, forecast, allocate, and monitor marketing budgets. Create and maintain real-time reports to evaluate spending in relation to goals and KPIs. Conduct reconciliation of expenditures against purchase orders and invoices.
• Vendor Management: Research, engage, and negotiate with external vendors. Maintain vendor contracts to ensure operational, technical, and financial compliance. Effectively track vendor performance and manage relationships.
• Process Improvement & Workflow Management: Map, analyze, and enhance departmental procedures for greater efficiency. Implement and oversee changes in processes to ensure seamless transitions. Develop and maintain business continuity plans.
• Performance Reporting & Analysis: Leverage business intelligence tools (Power BI, Google Analytics, Microsoft CRM) to gather insights. Prepare and present findings to leadership for performance assessment and optimization. Collaborate with teams to implement enhancements based on data analysis.
• Campaign Development & Management: Research, strategize, and plan marketing campaigns. Oversee the creation, implementation, and performance tracking of campaigns. Analyze campaign expenditures against KPIs to evaluate ROI and refine strategies.
• Copywriting: Generate SEO-optimized content for a variety of platforms, including blogs, job board postings, advertisements, and web pages. Develop creative assets that align with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM: Facilitate migration and transition processes. Serve as a representative stakeholder for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM initiatives. Build, manage, and report on campaigns.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in marketing operations, emphasizing budget management, vendor relationships, and process enhancement.
• Proficient in business intelligence tools (Power BI, Google Analytics) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
• Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Experience in copywriting with a solid understanding of SEO principles.
• Project management experience is an advantage.
