This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Ensuring optimal campaign design, development, quality assurance, and execution in accordance with the campaign brief and within deadlines.
• Offering insights and consulting on enhancements that can be implemented for both new and existing campaigns.
• Promoting new technical capabilities available to marketing by suggesting applications to campaigns that will yield higher incremental results.
• Taking responsibility for all communications among analytics, data, channel, and other technical teams to ensure that all components of a campaign are assembled accurately and punctually.
• Prioritizing multiple tasks based on critical business outcomes while working in an agile manner to meet marketing requirements.
• Staying informed about new technologies, industry trends, and innovations to provide relevant and informed recommendations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience managing end-to-end marketing campaigns within Marketing Automation platforms.
• Proficiency in using Enterprise Marketing tools such as Braze, Adobe Journey Optimizer, or Adobe Campaign.
• Experience in the development and execution of data-driven marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong background in managing stakeholder inquiries and delivering solutions to their needs.
• Familiarity with multi-platform environments requiring data orchestration across various systems to facilitate marketing campaigns is a PLUS.
• Ability to use SQL for data analysis and identifying customers based on business criteria through relational databases.
• Knowledge of Big Data systems is advantageous.
• Understanding of Customer Lifecycle Frameworks and the ability to design always-on trigger campaigns as well as ad-hoc tactical campaigns is a PLUS.
• A pragmatic problem solver with a strong drive to achieve business results.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in gathering requirements with minimal supervision.
• A desire to be an integral part of a high-performance team.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
