Campaign Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee influencer outreach and selection, pinpointing and inviting top creators for campaigns.

• Curate creator suggestions for clients based on brand compatibility and campaign efficacy.

• Manage influencer partnerships, which includes negotiating terms, establishing campaign specifics, supervising content approvals, handling product fulfillment, and processing payments.

• Assist Campaign Managers with project management to ensure smooth campaign execution.

• Track and evaluate campaign performance.

• Gather platform analytics to derive insights and enhance campaign learnings.

• Remain updated on social media trends and strategies across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and TikTok.

• Collaborate with a varied portfolio of enterprise clients as part of the Agency Services Team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in influencer marketing, social media, communications, digital marketing, or related disciplines.

• Exceptional organizational skills and proven resourcefulness.

• Capability to effectively and concisely communicate and present information both internally and externally to clients.

• Proactive in suggesting and implementing innovative ideas.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

• Competence in identifying necessary steps to complete assigned tasks and execute them with minimal guidance.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to shifting priorities.

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher is strongly preferred.
