• Provide operational and disciplinary leadership to a team, ensuring alignment with both qualitative and quantitative project objectives.
• Conduct regular discussions with employees about technical, organizational, and performance-related matters.
• Plan and facilitate team meetings effectively.
• Oversee quality assurance, coaching, and monitoring of staff performance.
• Actively participate in the design and enhancement of project processes.

• Proficient in the German language, both spoken and written.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a call center or customer service setting.
• Skilled in using MS Office applications.
• Possess strong judgment, decision-making skills, and assertiveness.
• Exhibit a structured, performance-driven, and sales-oriented approach to work.
• Display high self-motivation, strong commitment, and the ability to work independently.
• Full-time freelance role located in Montenegro.
